Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, we do accept walk-ins at Purity Studio. However, we highly recommend making an appointment ahead of time to ensure that we can accommodate your desired service and preferred time slot. Our online booking system allows for easy scheduling, or you can always call us directly to book your appointment. Please note that during peak times, we may have limited availability for walk-ins, so it's always best to plan ahead.
What is your cancellation policy?

Purity Studio understands that life can get busy and plans may change unexpectedly. We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a $20 deposit for the service booked.

When are you open?

Our regular hours are: Tuesday - Saturday: 10 AM - 8 PM Sunday: 11 AM - 3 PM Closed on Mondays and Public Holidays Need an appointment outside these times? Just let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate you!

What's the term & Condition for Gift Card ?

Voucher valid for use online only. Voucher is valid for 1 year from date of purchase. Voucher is applicable for all beauty services. Voucher is not valid for sale and not replaceable if lost, damaged or stolen. Voucher is valid for use on any day. Voucher is transferable, but non-refundable on unutilized amount or exchangeable for cash.
