Yes. Purity Studio operates by appointment only, so all treatments must be booked in advance. This allows us to reserve dedicated time for every client and provide a relaxed, unhurried experience.

Selected services can be booked through our online booking system. If you need help choosing a treatment or finding a suitable time, simply contact us via WhatsApp.

Yes. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.For cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $20 deposit will be required to secure your next appointment.

We understand that delays happen. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid affecting the next appointment.

Absolutely. If you’d like to combine treatments, contact us and we’ll help arrange enough time for your visit.
