Cancellation Policy

Customers may book appointments online or by contacting our salon directly. Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours notice, and customers who fail to show up for an appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice may collect a deposit of $20 for every further booking, subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to modify our availability and operating hours at any time. To ensure the promptness of all reservations, we reserve the right to reschedule and cancel any 15 minutes late or later to another convenient time. We will always do our best to accommodate our guests. However, we can only do what we can with the time available. Peak Season – Chinese New Year (1st – 15th February 2026) During the Chinese New Year peak season, our operating hours and days will be extended. A peak season surcharge will apply as follows: • 1st – 6th February: $8 per person • 7th – 11th February: $15 per person • 12th – 15th February: $25 per person During this period: - Package usage may be limited. Packages are only applicable for new membership purchases or membership renewals. - Non-members or customers not using a package are required to pay the applicable surcharge on these dates. Existing members using credits can choose: -Pay using credits plus surcharge, or -Pay at the discounted price based on their credits without using credits, in which case no surcharge is applied. Please note that the studio will be closed on 16th February (Chinese New Year Eve). We appreciate your understanding and support during this festive season.
